Criticizing Bush v. Obama, Republicans v. Democrats in Adherence to the Constitution
A few members are wondering at our criticism of George Bush, since we are also anti-Obama and a Conservative page.
Bush was not a Conservative. I am a Conservative, a Christian, and a Constitutionalist.
The Patriot Act that Congress passed and Bush signed into law as a measure against “terrorism” has lead to a massive assault on our rights and liberties as Americans. Yes, Obama is about 1000000 worse than Bush, but Bush was a tool that the powers behind the scenes used to lay the groundwork to take away our inherent freedoms. This includes the creation of the Deptartment of Homeland Security (DHS), the TSA, etc.
We strive for a government that strictly adheres to the Constitution as it was originally intended by the Founders and we hold no allegiance to Republicans, Democrats, or members of any party who do not honor and defend the same.
It is time for a new Party, a Constitution Party, that encompasses all Americans of every political leaning who will unite, despite political affiliation, in order to remove all laws that defy our Constitution, and that particularly of the Bill of Rights, and who will conform our existing laws to universally agree with the American principle of Liberty for all.
We must overcome the right/left paradigm. We must all – Democrats, Liberals, Conservatives, Republicans, Libertarians – first secure the passage of our ideological battles within the framework of our inherent Rights as American citizens. We all require freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom to be secure in our persons in order to co-exist as free persons living in a free society. We all must value the 1st amendment, the 2nd amendment, the 3rd amendment, the 4th amendment, et al., and once secure within that framework, we can continue to debate one another’s political philosophies peaceably; we can become again what America was meant to be.
But without such, we all will suffer, and allow hidden powers of darkness to rule over us, against our permission and our will.
